4. Take the Final Exam and print out the graded exam summary page.  Keep this for your records.  Once you have completed your exam, be sure to click the "submit" button or we will not receive your results.

We will fax a copy of your certificate to the court and mail you an original certificate of completion. When you receive your copy in the mail, you will know that the Traffic School process is complete.

After completing this course you'll be able to:

IMPORTANT: When you signed up, with court approval, to take the Internet alternative of traffic violator program, you agreed to complete the course within the time allowed by the court without soliciting or accepting assistance from anyone else. You incurred the traffic infraction, and you must complete the program entirely on your own. This is the condition imposed by the court for dismissal of your ticket. You are agreeing to this condition under penalty of perjury under the laws of the state of California.

Follow these instructions to complete the Internet program.

Time

At the beginning of the course, we've provided a suggested time schedule to study and complete each chapter or topic and the accompanying test. Review this schedule and follow it to make your study process efficient and effective. Remember, some people take more time, some others less; the important point is to learn the principles of traffic safety and implement them in your everyday driving.

The program follows a structured pattern which you must follow to get the maximum benefit out of the program. Important points and reminders are highlighted; at appropriate junctures useful tips are provided; applicable vehicle code regulations are shown for each subject area to enhance your understanding of the law; and above all, we have provided test questions at the end of each chapter to test your mastery of traffic rules and safety.

Certificate of Completion

You should answer all chapter quizzes before proceeding to the next section. If you're not sure of your answer, review the material; all questions are based on the course material. Do not skip any sections or test questions. At the conclusion of the course, you're required to complete the final examination which tests you on traffic rules, safety and your responsibility as a driver.

In order to successfully complete the court-ordered traffic violator Internet program, you must answer questions at the end of each chapter and the questions in the final examination. On chapter tests, your passing grade is 100%; you may retake these tests as often as necessary to achieve a 100% score.  On the final examination, your passing grade is 80%. Upon achievement of this score and meeting all other eligibility requirements a Certificate of Completion will be issued. In Los Angeles County, certificates are faxed to the court within 24 hours of completion at no extra charge.

Court and Branch Information

At the completion of the course, you'll be asked to provide the name of the county court and the branch location where your traffic case is processed.  Be sure to provide the county and the court branch.  For example, San MateoNorthern or RiversidePalm Springs.  This information will allow us to send the certificate of completion to the correct court and avoid delays.  Refer to Courts for a complete listing of counties and branches which accept our Internet traffic program.
