California DRE Approved (#3953) Home Study Courses for Sales Persons & Brokers
Each course specifies the continuing education credits you'll earn. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our course materials, you can return the course within 90 days and receive a prompt and full refund (less shipping and handling). When we receive your completed exam, your certificate will be mailed to you within 5 working days. All courses must be completed within 12 months from the date of purchase.
These courses are approved for continuing education credit by the California Department of Real Estate. However, this approval does not constitute an endorsement of the views or opinions which are expressed by the course sponsor, instructor, authors or lecturers.
All courses are approved by the DRE under the designation of consumer protection except Ethics, Agency, Fair Housing and Trust Funds Handling. The completion date is considered to be the date the examination was actually taken, not necessarily the date the examination was graded. Credit will expire if not used within four years of the completion date. If not satisfied, you may return this course for a refund less a $10 processing fee.
The minimum time to complete a 45-hour course is five days from the date of registration; the maximum time is one year. Final examination is an "open book" test. It consists of true/false and multiple choice questions on which you are required to score at least 70%. You may retake the final examination at no additional cost.
